These Terms & Conditions govern any services provided by SoulRize Digital LLC ("SoulRize Digital," "we," "us," or "our") to any client ("you" or "client"). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.
Client approval is required before any work is published, launched, printed, or otherwise made public, including but not limited to websites, ads, social media posts, print materials, and listings. SoulRize Digital is not responsible for content published with the client's approval, even if errors are later identified.
SoulRize Digital is not liable for any errors in published or delivered work. Any losses, damages, missed opportunities, or other consequences arising from our services, including but not limited to advertising performance, website downtime, third-party platform changes, or printing errors, are not the responsibility of SoulRize Digital LLC.
Refunds for services already rendered are not permitted. Fees paid for work completed, in progress, or delivered are final.
Either party may end an ongoing service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Services and billing will continue through the remainder of the 30-day notice period.
Project timelines and deadlines depend on timely communication, feedback, and approvals from the client. SoulRize Digital is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by delayed client communication, and timelines may be adjusted accordingly.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
